Candy Village: a sugar-coated free play

A town made of sweets

Pragmatic Play has a soft spot for confectionery, and Candy Village builds a whole little town out of it: houses that look like cakes, sugar-frosted streets and symbols in every shade of pink and blue. It sits comfortably alongside the studio's other candy-themed games, with the same polished, cheerful art.

Sweet-themed slots from Pragmatic come in more than one format, so don't assume this one plays like another you know. Some pay along lines, others pay for groups of symbols anywhere on the grid with tumbling wins. Check the rules screen in the demo to see exactly which approach Candy Village takes and what triggers its bonus round.

A sensible demo session

The free play version comes with 1,000 virtual credits, and there's no sign-up or download. Try this:

• Read the paytable and spot the symbol that starts the bonus.
• Set a stake around £0.20 equivalent and play 200 spins without adjusting it.
• Watch how wins land: one result per spin, or chains of wins on the same spin?
• Note how long the bonus takes to appear and how your balance looks when it does.

Those observations tell you more about the game's rhythm than the theme ever will.

Is it your kind of game?

If you like bright, upbeat slots and enjoy the studio's sweet-shop look, Candy Village is an easy pick for a relaxed session. If you prefer darker themes or more traditional reels, the demo will make that clear quickly too.

There's no bonus buy in this version, so features come through normal play. The same game runs for real money at the casinos listed below.
