Plenty of Fruit 20 Hot: twenty lines of the fruit bowl

A fuller version of the fruit machine

The three-reel fruit games are all about single moments: one line, one result. Plenty of Fruit 20 Hot from Greentube spreads the same idea over five reels and twenty paylines. Cherries, lemons, plums, oranges, grapes and watermelons share the screen with a lucky seven, and with so many lines in play, a single spin often pays on two or three of them at once.

The “Hot” in the name signals the look: flaming borders, bright colours and the sound effects of a cabinet game. There is no story here and nothing to unlock, which is exactly what fans of the format want.

What the twenty lines mean in practice

More lines mean more small wins. Your stake is spread across all twenty, so a typical hit with low fruit returns less than the stake, while full lines of high symbols or sevens are what move the balance noticeably. The game feels busier than a three-reel slot, with frequent little celebrations and occasional larger results.

For the exact role of each special symbol, check the paytable in the game before you begin. Greentube lists every payout and rule there, and it is the reliable source for the version you are playing.

How to approach the demo

The Plenty of Fruit 20 Hot demo opens with 1,000 virtual credits, no download and no sign-up. A good first session:

• 250 spins at a stake equivalent to £0.20 (one penny per line);
• count how many spins return at least your stake;
• note the biggest single result and what produced it.

If you like to gamble your wins on a card colour, test it on small amounts first and see how it changes the session.
