On the poster, a woman in sapphire silk and gold jewellery holds a small cube in her palms, a full fan of peacock feathers spread behind her. That little cube is the whole game. The Peacock Cube, by Nocturn Play, swaps reels for a 3×3×3 block of jewels that you watch from one corner, so three faces are visible at once. Play The Peacock Cube free here, no download and no sign-up, and it will make sense within a dozen spins.
How the cube pays
Each face has nine squares. You set a bet per face, then decide how many faces to play: one (the front), two (front and right) or all three. Your total bet is the bet per face multiplied by the number of faces. Press Spin and the cube whirls round; then a few slices turn, carrying jewels from one face to another. That twist is what makes the game feel alive – a line can form on a slice that was on another face a second earlier.
Wins come from three matching jewels in a line on a played face. Every face has eight lines: three rows, three columns and two diagonals. Wins from several lines add up. Fill all nine squares of a played face with the same jewel and the full face pays a big win. The white jewel is the wild and stands in for every other jewel.
The jewels to know
Carnelian, pearl, lapis lazuli and ruby are the everyday stones. The golden peacock, dagger, aigrette and elephant sit higher on the paytable, with the elephant at the top of the coloured stones; three white jewels in a line pay more still. The help screen shows the exact prize for your current bet.
The Peacock Night free spins
Peacock feathers are the scatters, and they count across all three faces even if you only play one. Three feathers give 8 free spins, four give 10, five or more give 12. During the night all three faces are in play, with your total bet shared between them, and three more feathers add 5 spins, up to 30 in all.
The real feature is the gold inlay. Every square in a winning line turns gold and stays gold, moving with the slices as they turn. Each gold square in a later line adds 1 to that line's multiplier, up to ×4. A face that becomes entirely gold pays a treasure and then goes back to marble. Three gold faces at the same moment means the top prize: 5,000× the total bet.
Is the bonus buy worth testing?
You can open the Peacock Night straight away for 46.4× the total bet, which gets you eight free spins on all three faces. In this demo it is a free experiment. Try it at one face, then at three: the price follows your total bet, so it is useful to see how the night behaves at each size.
A practical route through the demo
Spend your first 50 spins on one face only, watching how the slices move. Then switch to three faces for another 100 and compare the hit rate in the "Last spins" panel. Turbo and Autoplay are there once you are comfortable, and Autoplay can stop as soon as the Peacock Night lands. The cube renders smoothly on phones too.
All credits here are virtual and worthless. The same game runs for real money at the casinos below.
Questions players ask
How many faces should I play in The Peacock Cube?
That is up to you. One face is the cheapest; three faces cost three times as much but give three times as many lines. Feathers trigger the Peacock Night from any face either way.
Can I try the Peacock Night buy in demo mode?
Yes. It costs 46.4× the total bet in virtual credits and gives eight free spins on all three faces.
Does the demo work on mobile?
Yes. The 3D cube runs in mobile browsers without any app or download.
What is the difference between the demo and real-money play?
Nothing in the rules or features. Demo winnings are virtual credits only and cannot be cashed out.
