Hot Target: fruit, flames and a bullseye

Part of the hot family

Novomatic has made a whole series of fruit slots with heat in the name, and Sizzling Hot is the best known. Hot Target sits in the same tradition: fruit symbols, lucky sevens and very little in the way of distraction. The target motif gives it its own identity on the screen, and the colours are bright enough to look good on a small phone.

The appeal is the same as in the rest of the family. You press spin, the reels stop, and you know at once whether you have won.

What the paytable shows

Hot Target pays on fixed lines from left to right, with the fruit at the lower end of the table and the sevens near the top. The best way to learn the details, including any scatter and which combinations pay with fewer symbols, is the paytable in the game itself. It is short and worth thirty seconds of your time before the first spin.

Do not expect a long bonus round. Games in this style are about the base game, and the excitement comes from lines landing, not from a separate feature.

Testing Hot Target free

The Hot Target demo gives you 1,000 virtual credits, with no sign-up and no download. A shorter session works well here: 150 to 200 spins at a stake equal to £0.10. Note the size of typical wins and the longest losing streak. Then compare with Sizzling Hot if you know it. The two share a spirit but not necessarily a rhythm.

The gamble

After a win, the card gamble offers double or nothing on the colour of a hidden card. On a fruit slot without free games, it can feel like the only way to make a session more exciting. Test it in free play, where nothing is at stake. When you are ready, the same game is available for real money at the casinos listed below.
