20 Burning Hot: fruit on fire, twenty lines wide

Burning Hot or Super Hot?

The two EGT families get confused all the time, and with reason: both are fruit slots with sevens, a scatter and a gamble button, sold in several line counts. Burning Hot is the one dressed in fire. The frame burns, winning symbols catch light, and the sound design is more insistent. The feel of the reels is different too, so it is worth trying both rather than assuming they are the same game in new clothes.

In 20 Burning Hot you get five reels, three rows and twenty fixed lines. Cherries, lemons, oranges, plums, grapes and watermelons fill the lower part of the paytable, with the burning seven above them.

What to check in the paytable

Open the info screen before you spin. It shows which symbol acts as the scatter, what pays from two of a kind and which symbols can stack. Reading it once saves a lot of guessing, because the Burning Hot versions do not all share the exact same rules as the Super Hot range. There are no free spins; the whole game happens in the base spins.

The gamble screen

Every win can be taken or risked on a card colour guess. Red or black, double or nothing. In the 20 Burning Hot demo it is the perfect place to see how fast that button can empty or fill a balance.

Twenty lines on fifteen positions also means the symbols are easy to follow. You can see a near miss with the sevens, spot when two scatters sat waiting for a third, and learn the paytable by eye within a few minutes.

The demo loads with 1,000 virtual credits, no account and no download. Run 200 spins at the equivalent of £0.20 and keep a quick tally of scatter wins and seven wins. If the pace suits you, the 40 and 100 line versions add a fourth row and more ways for one symbol to cover the screen. The same game runs for real money at the casinos below.
