Keno without the waiting room
Classic keno can feel slow: you choose numbers, then sit through a long draw. Turbo Keno 80 was built the other way round. Everything fits on one screen, the draw can run at double speed, and the whole game is light enough to load quickly on a modest Android phone. The host is Turbo, a red parrot in a racing helmet and goggles who calls the numbers as they drop and hops about when you win. On the poster he raises a trophy beside a chequered flag, which sums up the mood.
How a round works
You pick between one and ten numbers out of 80, either by tapping them on the board or with Quick Pick: choose how many numbers you want from a row of chips under the board and Turbo selects them for you. Press DRAW and 20 balls come out. The more of your numbers appear, the more you win.
A strip under the board shows the prize, as a multiple of your bet, for each number of hits, and it lights up live as the balls fall. The prize table changes with how many numbers you play, so it is worth glancing at it each time you change your ticket. The last ten draws are shown above the board. A single draw pays at most 10,000 times the bet.
The hot streak
This is the game's own twist. Every draw that pays lights a flame, up to three. The next draw then pays the prize table ×1.25 with one flame, ×1.5 with two and ×2 with three. A draw without a win puts the flames out. Changing your bet or the number of numbers you play also resets the streak, which matters: if you like the boost, keep the same ticket shape.
Auto, Turbo and other controls
- Auto replays your ticket at every countdown; the interval is 60, 90 or 120 seconds, set in the settings.
- Turbo doubles the speed of the draw.
- Clear wipes your selection so you can start a new ticket.
Using the free Turbo Keno 80 demo
Keno looks simple, but the choice of how many numbers to play changes the game completely. The demo is a good place to feel that. Try a session of 30 draws with two numbers at a stake equivalent to 50p, then 30 draws with eight numbers, and compare how often the strip lights up against how large the hits are. Then watch the hot streak: note how often you reach two or three flames, and remember that switching tickets mid-streak throws the flames away.
You can play Turbo Keno 80 free in any browser, with no download and no sign-up, and it is light enough for a phone on a weak connection. If you enjoy the format, the same game runs for real money at the casinos listed below.
Questions players ask
How many numbers can I pick in Turbo Keno 80?
From 1 to 10 out of 80. Twenty balls are drawn each round.
What is the hot streak?
Each paying draw lights a flame, up to three. The next draw pays the table ×1.25, ×1.5 or ×2. A losing draw, or changing your bet or how many numbers you play, resets it.
Does it work on older phones?
Yes. The game is deliberately light and runs well in the browser of modest Android phones.
Is the free version the same as the real-money one?
The draws, prize table and hot streak work the same way. In the demo, credits are virtual and have no value.
