Wild Beach Party: fruit, fireworks and a night by the sea

The party has clearly started without you. Fireworks burst over the water, a thatched beach bar glows behind the palm trees and a blonde anime-style hostess in a halter top waves you in, surrounded by grapes, plums, oranges and glossy blue berries. Wild Beach Party mixes the fruit-slot tradition with the bright anime look that Pragmatic Play also uses in its Starlight games. The Wild Beach Party demo gives you 1,000 virtual credits, with no download and no account.

Colour turned all the way up

Everything is saturated: the fruit gleams like hard sweets, the night sky is full of colour and the music keeps a holiday beat. The fruit symbols do most of the work on the reels, and they are drawn large and clear, which helps on a small phone screen.

Check the rules before the party

Wild Beach Party is a less familiar title, so we will not describe its mechanics from memory. The information screen inside the game sets out how wins are formed, which symbols are special and what starts the bonus. Read it first: once you know what you are looking for, the free play becomes far more useful.

Testing it in free play

• Look at the rules and note how wins are counted and how the feature is triggered.
• Play 150 to 200 spins at a steady stake and note how often the bonus appears.
• Pay attention to how the screen behaves after a win: it tells you a lot about the rhythm of the game.
