Pyramid King: the golden mask watches every spin

Gold, lapis-blue stripes and a calm, unblinking stare: the pharaoh mask on the Pyramid King title screen is pure museum piece. Behind it, the desert fades into a hazy sky. Of Pragmatic Play’s Egyptian slots, this is the most classical in look, the one you would pick if you think an Egyptian game should feature a pharaoh and not much else.

What to check before playing

Pyramid King is a solid but not heavily covered title, so rather than describe features from hearsay, use the paytable in the demo. It explains the grid, the line structure, which symbol is wild, what triggers the bonus and how the feature pays. If you have played other Egyptian slots, do not assume the same rules carry over; this theme hides a lot of variety under similar artwork.

Pyramid King among its neighbours

Mysterious Egypt is the moodier option, with a queen in a dusk-lit temple. Pyramid Bonanza swaps gold for jewel colours and a winged scarab. The Pyramid King slot is the straight, gold-and-blue pharaoh game. All three share a studio and a theme but are separate games, so it is worth trying each rather than judging by one.

Play Pyramid King free: how to read it

You start with 1,000 virtual credits, with no account and no download. Try 150 spins at a small stake, around 20p, and every 50 spins note your balance and how many times the feature has appeared. After three checkpoints, you will have a clear picture of the game’s pace. If you want to see larger stakes, try a short burst afterwards. The demo works in any phone or tablet browser.

Keep your notes simple: a line per checkpoint with the balance and the number of features. Those three lines are enough to compare Pyramid King fairly with any other slot you try later.

If the pharaoh earns your loyalty, the same Pyramid King game is available for real money at the casinos below.
