Fire Hot 100: the busiest fruit machine in the range

On a five-by-four grid there are only twenty positions, and Fire Hot 100 runs a hundred paylines through them. That density is the whole character of the game. The symbols are the familiar Fire Hot set – cherries, lemons, plums, oranges, grapes, watermelons, the burning seven and the star – but almost any matching group on the first three reels now connects along several lines. A hundred lines in practice

Because the stake is divided across a hundred lines, the cost per line is tiny and most individual line wins look small next to the total bet. What counts is how many lines a symbol group touches. A column of sevens on reel one, followed by sevens on reels two and three, can light up a large share of the hundred lines at once. That is when Fire Hot 100 pays properly; the rest of the time it trades small wins back and forth.

The star scatter pays anywhere, separate from the lines.

How it differs from Fire Hot 40

Same grid, same symbols, two and a half times the lines. Fire Hot 40 lets you follow individual lines by eye; in Fire Hot 100 you mostly watch blocks of symbols and let the game count. Hits are more frequent, the screen is busier, and the swings come from stacked symbols rather than single lines. As everywhere in the series, there are no free spins.

Testing tips

Play Fire Hot 100 free for 200 spins or so and compare the session total with the same run on Fire Hot 40. The number of winning spins will look much higher here, but the balance at the end is the more honest measure. Keep the stake fixed, so the comparison is fair.
