Pharaos Riches: Gamomat's other road to the pyramids

Egypt without the book

Ramses Book is Gamomat's most famous Egyptian game, but it isn't the only one. Pharaos Riches keeps the desert setting, with golden masks, scarabs, sacred animals and hieroglyph-carved walls, and builds a separate game around the idea of a pharaoh's hoard. If you like the theme but have spun Ramses Book more times than you can count, this is the natural next stop.

Because it doesn't follow the book formula, the first job is to open the paytable and see how this game works: the line layout, which symbols are special and what each one pays.

The playing experience

Pharaos Riches has the clean, readable presentation typical of Gamomat. Spins are quick, wins are clearly highlighted, and the special symbols explained in the paytable are where the more exciting moments come from. After a win, the studio's gamble options are available if you want to try them.

It's a game to judge by feel. Some players prefer the build-up of book slots; others enjoy a more direct rhythm.

Pharaos Riches free play: how to approach it

The demo comes with 1,000 virtual credits and runs in your browser with no account. Play 250 spins at a fixed stake, around £0.20 equivalent, and make a note of your biggest results and which symbols produced them. That will show you where the game's value is concentrated.

Then play a short session of Ramses Book at the same stake. The contrast between the two Egyptian games is the most useful thing you can learn here, and it costs nothing.

Versions to know

Gamomat also released Pharaos Riches in Golden Nights and Red Hot Firepot editions, which keep the same reels and add an extra bonus or jackpot layer. If you enjoy the original, test those too. The same game runs for real money at the casinos below.
