Grace of Cleopatra: EGT’s queen of the Nile

A royal take on Egypt

Cleopatra must be the most painted queen in slot history, and EGT gives her a graceful treatment here. The reels are framed in gold and turquoise, the queen herself takes the top spot in the paytable, and the other symbols draw on palace life and Egyptian treasures. Card royals handle the smaller wins. Compared with the studio’s sun-baked Egyptian titles, the look is lighter and more decorative.

Getting to the free spins

The free spins round is what you play Grace of Cleopatra for. Scatters landing anywhere on the reels trigger it. The info screen lists how many you need, how many spins you receive and any rule that applies during the round, such as a special symbol or a change in pays. Since each EGT Egyptian slot handles the bonus a little differently, read it once; it tells you what a good round looks like.

In the base game, wins come through the paylines. The queen is the symbol you want to see lining up; the royals keep the balance from emptying too fast.

The red or black gamble

As usual with EGT, any win can be gambled on the colour of a hidden card to double it. Get it wrong and the win is gone. It adds a decision to each win, nothing more.

Play Grace of Cleopatra free

The Grace of Cleopatra demo gives you 1,000 virtual credits, no account and no download. A 300-spin session at the equivalent of £0.10 a line is a good start. Track each bonus: spins it took, total paid, and whether the queen appeared during the round. Then compare your notes with a session on Rise of Ra or Egypt Sky if you want to know which of the studio’s Egyptian slots suits you best. The same game runs for real money at the casinos below.

On a phone, the clean layout holds up well: the symbols are large enough to read in portrait mode.
